Co-runs the storage side of the business alongside Stephanie — tub drop-offs, pickups, inventory, and fall delivery. Michelle is also one of the background-checked drivers you may ride with through Driving Maize & Blue.
Stephanie is originally from Maine and lived in Boston for ten years before moving to Ann Arbor in 1992. She retired early from the University of Michigan after 30 years in central administration, working in the Office of the President — then started the transportation business, driving students, parents, and guests to and from campus and DTW at every hour of the day or night.
Since then, the two of them have coordinated storage, move-ins, airport runs, ER trips, rides to the Big Ten Tournament in Indianapolis, concerts and the occasional 3 a.m. train pickup in Toledo during a winter storm — all through word of mouth, one family at a time.
