Bedding is washed, sanitized, and stored right along with your items at move-out. Each student's laundry is washed separately — nothing gets mixed with anyone else's.

Studying abroad means your storage needs to run longer than the standard four months — so we cover the full eight months, from winter break through summer, until you're back on campus.
Bedding, towels, coffee makers, Brita units — anything damp will mold, and it can ruin everything else sealed in the same tub.
Food, drinks/alcohol, medications, jewelry/cash/collectibles, and anything of irreplaceable or intrinsic value. These aren't insured against loss or damage.
Loose items go in Go Blue Move tubs only — other bins get transferred at drop-off. Pickup is one trip; a rolling cart curbside keeps things moving.
There's no deposit — full payment is due when your items are delivered to your new address in the fall, based on the detailed invoice we email beforehand, with a secure link to pay by card (checks are welcome too). Full policy details are shared once your request is confirmed.
